Paul Child Band have announced their first gig of 2012, headlining 'Folk & Dagger' at the Hoxton Underbelly. Doors open at 8:00pm and the band are on at 10:00pm.

Strummerville is a registered charity that gives support to aspiring musicians and help to projects that help change the world through music. Set up by the friends and family of Joe Strummer in the year after his death, the charity seeks to reflect Joe's unique contribution to the music world by offering support, resources and performance opportunities to artists who would not normally have access to them.

Paul Child Band has been locked away in the studio after the festival season recording the highly anticipated 2012 EP “Runaway. Relax. Resign.” At the reigns of the band’s EP is the very talented and highly regarded Dutch Producer, Coen Dingemans. Coen recently completed the final mixes and the astute Andy Baldwin at Metropolis Group has just finished mastering all the tracks. Paul Child Band’s New EP “Runaway. Relax. Resign.” will be released in March 2012 and its’ first track “The Same” is out in November.

Paul, Damien and Tommy made it down to BBC Three Counties Studios in Luton to be interviewed by Gareth Lloyd on all things PCB on his show ‘BBC Introducing: Beds, Herts and Bucks’ – LISTEN NOW.
